DESCRIPTION:The annual Rotarun Ski Swap is back and set for October 24 at Sturtevants Hailey! Your donations to the Ski Swap are an essential component to Rotarun’s annual fundraising efforts.  A percentage of the sales from the Ski Swap directly support the programming and operations at Rotarun Ski Area\, including the tuition-free Rota-Rippers after-school program and free public ski evenings for our community. \n\n\nGEAR REGISTRATION: \nRegistration link: https://myskiswap.com/active_skiswaps/rotarun-ski-swap-2026-2026 \n*When adding your inventory into MySkiSwap.com MAKE SURE YOUR CONTACT AND ADDRESS INFORMATION IS ACCURATE! THIS IS THE INFORMATION WE USE TO SEND SELLERS THEIR PAYOUT CHECKS FROM ITEMS SOLD. \nGEAR SALES:  \n\nSellers take home 70% of the final sale price\, 30% of all sales go to support Rotarun programs and operations\nAll goods designated by sellers to be included in the “fire sale” will be 50% off during the final hour of the ski swap from 3-4 p.m. on Saturday\, Oct. 24\nSellers can choose to donate any unsold gear or pick up unsold gear up at Sturtevants in Hailey following the swap from 4-6pm that Saturday\n\nGEAR DROP OFF – PLEASE NOTE THAT DETAILS ARE BEING FINALIZED \nTuesday Oct. 20 (5-7pm)\nRotarun Lodge (25 Rodeo Dr.\, Hailey ID) \nWednesday Oct. 21 (4-6pm)\nSturtevants -Ketchum (340 N Main Street\, Ketchum\, ID) \nFriday Oct. 23 (3-6pm)\nSturtevants – Hailey (corner of Main and Carbonate\, Hailey\, ID)\n\nAt drop-off\, a label with a sale barcode will be printed for each of the items pre-registered on myskiswap.com. Our staff and volunteers will label and sort your gear\, and transport your items to the Hailey location for the swap. \n*Day-of donations will not be accepted. You must register items by Friday Oct. 23 @ 6pm. \nGEAR PICK UP : \nGear pick up will be held at Sturtevants in Hailey Saturday\, October 24th from 4-6pm.
